Founder of Girls To The Maxx- There Is No Limit Foundation/ Make-up artist

Born in Guinea, Mariama Mounir Petrolawicz was a very lively young girl. At the age of fourteen Mariama was sent to live in Senegal with relatives. While there, Mariama faced many hardships and had to overcome many obstacles. She pursued her education and also modeled for companies.

She then moved to New York City to follow her studies and Modeling. She lived with her sister Tiguidanke Camara. Mariama worked for a high end Italian company while attending school. She obtained her degree in cosmetology.
Mariama Mounir Petrolawicz has worked as a professional make- up artist, stylist, promoter and public relations agent. She never gave up her dream of one day being able to help people and she has always chased after that dream. The persistence of Mariama Mounir Petrolawicz led to the creation of GIRLS TO THE MAXX-THERE IS NO LIMIT INC. in 2005.

Mariama Mounir Petrolawicz believes that it is important to help the less fortunate. She focuses on helping young girls and women because she believes that they are the future. She is constantly reminded that Africa needs help through the heartbreaking stories from the people who still reside there.

Mariama is active in the community. She has participated in conferences at colleges in which she discussed the necessity of helping women and children.
Mariama Mounir Petrolawicz is filled with optimism and energy, Mariama is extremely proud of her African heritage. The knowledge that she has acquired over the years continuously inspires her to help and support the next generation.

A large part of this effort has included gathering a team of experienced professionals and entrepreneurs to help GIRLS TO THE MAXX- THERE IS NO LIMIT INC. achieve its goals. Mariama hopes that in the very near future everyone will have the opportunity to access the necessities in life. She will also continue to inspire women and children all over the world.
