Any naturally born female of Guinean origin, regardless of her place of birth (At least one of her parents must have been born in Guinea) between the ages of 17 to 27 (on December 31st of the year she participates in the pageant), single (never been married, not presently pregnant, and never having had a child) with good moral character, is eligible to participate.

She must be at least a high school senior and must possess talent, charm, and a pleasing personality.

Appropriate documentation regarding the age and Guinean nationality status of the contestant must be submitted in order to meet eligibility requirements.
